Barbara Lannert Lodge and Pavilion

• Thursday, 11 A.M. to Sunday, 11 A.M. - $3,000.00
• $300.00 refundable if the pavilion and lodge swept and mopped, all trash is removed, all tables and chairs are folded and stored, all pavilion chairs moved to the lodge are returned to the pavilion and there is no damage
• $300.00 paid upon execution of the lease
• Tenant shall give Landlord a certificate of liability insurance naming Lannert Racing, LLC as an additional insured before any event.
